The Church Of The Divine Fermentation

“The Brew Shall Make Ye Free” – Spoken by Our Lord Keg to Saint John the Taptist

The Pope Sayeth Unto Thee:

Some wonder lately if Brews such as Bud Lght "Clamato" are truly Holy since they contain things other than the True Ingredients of Brew such as barley. malt, and hops.  Searching the Scriptures we find actually that no where is there a prohibition against adding things to the Brew.  True, the Holy Barley, Malt, and Hops are listed as requirements for Brew but there is not a prohibtion against adding something to the process.  Also early Church cannon also makes no such edict against "enhancing" the Brew with other flavors.

Thus we conclude that things such as Clamato ARE Holy indeed and can be used without Sanction in Holy Day services.  However we must caution the Faithful that things such as cider are not Holy since they do not contain Barley, Malt, and Hops.  True cider is fermented but not in His Way and thus is not Holy.  This same logic was used to Excommunicate the Visitationist Order Of The Holy Smoke some decades earlier.  Certainly "pot" or "herb" as those heretics called it is not a Holy Fermented Brew. May those sinners repent and return to the fold one day.

Praise Be the Word of Keg.
